I went to the doctor for just this reason after months. They mix up something and use a windex type spray bottle with a small tube. couple of squirts and it quickly breaks up the "clog" (unsightly) and they make sure to show you. The charge around $150 if I recall on the bill. Over the counter products probably won't help.
Was a relief to hear again, Good luck!
Ear candles help, but what finally worked for me was an $8 bottle of earwax softener from the drugstore. Put your head on its side, have help to put the drops in and let it soak. It will work but may take a few days. f**k doctors.
Peroxide never worked for me after many attempts. It just dries it out and makes a crust which made things worse. Just sayin~ neither did warmed Olive Oil.
