Guac's mostly sour cream.... Go with Nightshade's recommendation. I usually like to fill my avocado seed holes with ranch dressing.

I must have missed the memo I've never had sour cream in guac that I know of... But what else do you like to fill your holes with Phil, (avocado seed holes obviously)?
