It's a harbor freight aluminum frame greenhouse. I'm afraid if it's not exact I'm gonna have problems lining up pre drilled holes and such

3/4" out of square... Hmmm what is the foundation made out of? What are the dimensions of it? What are the dimensions of the greenhouse wall? If the foundation is 1" bigger (wider and longer) than the actual footprint of the greenhouse, you won't have a problem.
