Is it like a bag of Skittles or something? Grab a handful of amino acids. Empty bags with just tyrosine left cause nobody likes it?

Go to costco and get some glucosamine. It'll help.

I took glucosamine for several years. I didn't feel any different after taking it and felt no different after discontinuing using it.

Glucosamine is marketed by people who know just enough biochemistry to be dangerous. PJ, you just need a protein shake and a beer. Or three.

(take glucosamine, those people didn't do much exercise)...but the beer or 3 is good advice too!

I've taken glucosamine and chondroitin for many years now, but for arthritis. Doesn't do jack for an excessive workout, though. Take some ibuprofen to help lessen the inflammation in your legs, massage and ice them, too. Trust on this.

I don't feel like I need any nutritional supplements honestly with how varied and healthy my diet is.. That just makes me think how one of my biggest pet peeves is the vitamin industry as a whole. People eat a crap diet and take a pill form of the vitamins they could be getting in their food for some reason. God bless America
