Release 1000 and let them fix the problem before the aphids find the pepper plants.

If he doesn't know, put the ladybugs without letting him know. I have a few neighbors that wouldn't let me release ladybugs on their property just because they hate me. That's why they never know where all of the bugs came from.

LOL dash. Actually the neighbor is a nice old man, kinda reminds me of a school teacher. Wife talked to him about it and he went and cut down all the branches yesterday. I will probably spray it down this weekend too when I go clean up the nectar mess.
