That's just it. The General Taco Thread is about all tacos but mostly is pork, beef, and chicken. Its a great thread but I don't want to subvert it by specializing. Not only that but I don't want to and can't compete against a well executed shredded pork or al pastor taco. That shit is just too awesome by itself! Problem though is as much as I love it, I don't eat it.
