Are your peppers in the ground?

no they are in pots, the dirt is about an inch from the top and the water was pouring over the side, my pots arent draining as well as they should either, going to have to fix that

I'm guessing you don't have a porch or garage or something to put them in/under? I've accidentally left my peppers out when we had a hellacious storm and they got beyond drenched and they pulled through just fine. No need to panic yet.

no i dont, only house in the area with out a garage too, makes re-building my 83 olds cutlass an my 84 virago xv500 a pain in the arse lol i am going to setup a tent like system for them though, i over watered them yesterday and its supposed to rain for the next three days

Hey, look on the bright side. You'll get a nice, refreshing shower while setting up your tent dealio. Playing in the rain is the best!

Being a former Alaskan, 19 C is about my limit for heat. You can comfortably shower in our rain during the summers here in Ohio. So did you get it all set up? I wanna see what ya got set up.

lol i might be canadian, and live in cold winters, but i cant stand the cold, the hotter the better for me. all i did to the plants so far was put white trash bags over them, with bamboo sticks holding them off the plant lol looks like crap but my plants wont get soggy anymore lol

this is true, im going to go get some pvc piping and some plastic and make a little greenhouse for them i think. ive seen many people do it, and a few on here have posted pictures of them, they look pretty cool. and keep things dry and humid

How many plants do you have going? A greenhouse should be quite easy to build, even with minimal skills.

lol i have worked as a carpenter for 10 years, hopefully i shouldnt have a problem, im also a mechanic lol id quit both if i couldnt build a small greenhouse hahaha. right now i have 24 plants so i dont need to much room
