Oh yeah, Shubryn! Some of these people, if you get to close to them, you swear you can hear the ocean. And without a doubt, doctors and nurses are the most demanding, needy group of people I've ever met in terms of IT tickets. And I have 10 years of tickets to back me up!

Once, I even had a guy in Human Resources use the "patient care" phrase just so he could get YouTube unblocked to watch a video that a friend sent him. Bear in mind, I work for Uncle Sam, and in order to get a site unblocked can take weeks or months, and you need a legitimate work-related reason.

My "fav" is still the chick who has to have her password reset EVERY week. She SWEARS she's typing her password correctly EVERY TIME! Ha! Honey, I can tell you when you mistyped your password down to the millisecond! Gotta love it.
