sweet man, what kind of dehydrator do you use? I haven't dehydrated peppers yet, will be soon when I get a good harvest. But I only have a small Nesco 4 tray dehydrator, hope it works..

It says it is a Nesco Professional. I never really paid attention. It works great, though. It has a thermostat on it so you can set the temps you want which is a handy feature. I used up all 8 of the trays for the pods. This is only the beginning. I am gunna be up to my eyeballs in peppers in the near future.
