Gnome, I bet that smells sublime! I have Caribbean reds, mustard habs, paper lantern habs, CARDI scorpions, Chaguanas 7 pots, yellow 7pots, red bhuts, chocolate bhuts, aji limons, red 7 pots, de arbols and cayennes in mine.
This year I'm experimenting with lower temps for drying. They took about a day and a half last year at 125F. Some varieties take longer than others. Chocolate and mustard habs take a bit longer. Reapers take about 45 seconds.
