The Hot Pepper

Seems to be a fairly universal thing this year. Mine are the tastiest peppers I've ever tried, but heats way lower than expected. Heard quite a few others say the same thing too.

I tried one of them and it seemed around regular hab heat, but the flavor wasn't there for me... It seemed a bit strong and even a little bitter. How would you describe it?
