Go on Fil, there's a reason why we learn to count.

That is - one, two, three, put Bhut Jolokia into mouth and subsequently see new colours ! He he

How do you eat a whole bhut as a popper? (or any way..) I mean I eat pieces of fresh supers every day and powder too. I wouldn't consider myself a novice, but a whole one would kill my stomach! Doesn't matter how full it is, it is like a timed bomb!

Interesting. The heat on this fatalii has hit me harder than the red moruga/brainstrain I had the other day.

Candied fataliis are da bomb. At first it seems the sugar has killed the heat. But keep nibbling, then BAM! Oh yeah, it's great when the heat hits and the stuff's stuck in your teeth.

it's all in the receptors and which capsaisinoids the peppers are high in. my indonesian chiles feel like a knife through the tip or your tongue but are just warming everywhere else. I love fataliis for snacking and cheesecake

Would peppers stored in the fridge that have become a bit soft still be good to use?

Yeah, I had food poisoning for 2 days from that beeotch. And yes, they can mold from the inside out. Infact, that's how they usually mold.

I love 'em - did you eat it at light yellow stage or the deep orangey-yellow? I've noticed a big difference in flavor between almost ripe, fully ripe, and just a little too ripe..
Was looking forward to fresh Fatalii but the aroma is so sharp I am not even sure I could hold it down. :-/
