It sounds to me like they were trying to say the possive of "guys" which, done incorrectly would be "guys's", but correctly would be guys'. If I remember my Strunk and While correctly.

Actually musky, the Q stands for "Questioning". It may seem strange, but some people out there really aren't sure which way to do (gay, straight or bi). Got several gay and bi friends that enlightened me to it
