One word for you pal: Teeter.

I swear by it. And I have been in construction my whole life. I know about back issues.

Gracias senor but its not my back. My left leg is shorter than my right and causes my hip to tilt and thus ultimately cause my spine to over compress. The back 'thang is only a symptom. Last time I had it was in '06. That nightmare lasted over a year.

I know. CJ has it, and her dad has it bad. Psoas (hip flexer) stretches help, google "Psoas stretches". But the teeter is really where it's at, it elongates everything and makes a huge difference. And I don't go all full tilt upside down and sheeit. about 55º-60º for 5-10 minutes a day.

I used to be on the monthly plan with my chiropractor and since I got my Teeter 5 years ago I haven't been back. Get it? hahaha Once the spasms stop, stretch it tho bro, it's the only way out of this. just don't over do it.

My doc said the same thing about my legs, been dealing with sciatica since I was 22. I chatted with CJ about back stuff when I had an a typical bulging disc a while ago, and pretty much everything she told me helped my situation. She knows her sh*t, and that means Scovie does according to the transitive property.
