The dude is a professional muscian, he plays the double bass, so he's gunnawatch over as I teach myself as much as I can.

I'm not unfamiliar to music either, I can read sheet music and tablature, I played the trumpet in grade school, and the drums/bass/guitar in high school garage bands.

He's not really teaching me much anyway, just guiding my form I guess. I got it last night and I've already taught myself the basic fingering/notes and because I can read music I started playing songs. So, if you want to hear jingle bells or amazing grace played poorly on a violin, hit me up. Guaranteed squeaks!
