Yeah I think this is the hottest sauce I have ever made. Ingredients were fermented, then put through the food processor again until smooth, and I did not filter this one Tobasco style like I do most sauces.
The guy is pretty cool, but i don't think he understands, but maybe I am wrong. He said his Dad likes it real hot, but only time will tell if his "very hot" is the same as mine, lol.
