What JayT said.I would try to keep the number of pages down to 4 on your resume.I would also find out as much about the jobs as possible.Who is in charge and spell their name right and so on.
Separate sheet for them, for sure, even when requested up front. Keep in mind that recruiters want to be able to quickly scan your resume to see if it can be eliminated or marked for a closer read later, especially when they receive 100+ resumes for a single opening. References on the resume itself just count as clutter.
