But in all seriousness, I can understand on the one hand if we were just talking smack about a vendor we had never dealt with, but considering the vendor (not Baker's but a close associate of his), and the fact that several people had similar stories and experiences of seeds purchased not being even close to what they bought, you'd think it'd be more than just vendor bashing...

I can't stand those pepper groups, in my experience a lot of the times the admins have no idea what they're talking about.

Yeah, I've been a part of one or two groups that were little more than mouthpieces for the bad vendors, or to see who was out there that had a bad opinion of them. And then there's the ones that would rather remove bad reviews to preserve a pristine group image, leaving people to risk their hard-earned money with vendors, not knowing whether they're good or bad.

It's as if they'd rather be all kumbaya and happy-go-lucky than do the responsible thing to allow honest reviews (both good AND bad), and make sure the good growers and vendors get some business and props, while steering people away from the disreputable ones...
