It's not technically a whole half. He has tried it a few times but can't get used to the taste. I had some too this past fall and it was excellent. It tastes the way beef is supposed to taste IMO. Not sure what he has left, but I will surely take it!

"does not like the taste" I think regular beef is nasty, and tasteless! After eating the real thing, all the others taste bland, and has a bad after taste. No beef can compare to the real thing, although some might have to get used to it, since they are so used to eating sheet. Grass fed beef is the only way to go imo!

My wife and I just had some grass-fed sliders last night. They blew us both away! Musky, your BIL is probably the kind of person who doesn't like the flavor of venison either. haha

It's a shame grass fed is such a big deal. I take a lot of things for granted. Musky you come my way and I'll fill you will all the grass your gut can handle.
