Years ago in the big dry ditch of LV I bought some truffle oil. Tasted like plastic gasoline. Tossed it. Later a chefly amigo gave me a taste of real truffle. Didn't like that either. SE has changed too much for me to enjoy it anymore. They got rid of AHT and replaced it with vegan bullsheeit. A damn shame.
