remove all the yellow lumens from your light bulbs

It probably means youre overwatering and washing all the Nitrogen out of the pots. If I was you I'd give a light feeding and then leave them alone until theyve dried pretty well.

How long have they been in their cups or pots? Have they received any nutes?

All that and create a post in the grow thread where you can add pics, describe your watering method and frequency, etc.

I am using that miracle grow poring soil my plants are only a week or two old no I have not given them any kind of notes there in solo cups and I water lightly
