I would go with anything besides the bad boy. You want your reairs and maintence to be the cheapest posibw for the rest of your ife. There is no reson this purchase cnt be a life long investment.

&2 inch cuts are kind of a wate unles you are getting paid to mow lots of acreage. The maintence can get expensive.

It's 18 acres total. The mother-in-law's house sits on 3 acres. The rest is pasture land. We'll be building on 6 acres of the pasture once it goes through succession and is subdivided (9 acres x 9 acres). The remaining 9 is for my brother-in-law, but since he lives in Decatur, Alabama, I'll be responsible for the upkeep of all of it. Hopefully, we'll be able to buy him out of his 9 acres. Plenty of wild turkey there ;)
