Watered, picked 19 Rocoto, ate a J. Nardello. Gotta go to the P.O. mail some shit. Pick up a couple chickens and charcoal (NOT kingsford)for the new smoker. Get a maul to start splitting oak rounds.
I scored some Lagunitas IPA Sausages, Caggio hot Italian, and Proschetta sweet Italian. On the Italians I went with the brands that have a little more fennel. I think the fennel and the smoke play off each other well. Its going down on Sat. If I get stoked enuff I may just keep it rollin' and throw a brisket in afterwards for sunday meal.
