All good options, my anxiety stems from the constant fear that a kidney transplant from over a year and a half ago will fail or is failing, even though it hasn't. Any little muscle twitch and i am a paranoid mess and though I haven't had any problems at all, my mind always thinks of the worse case scenarios. I find it always worse at night, but that is when I am the least busy.
