If the herbs are grown in soil with high copper content, you could be having a reaction to that.

true, but maybe they are on a lower level. Maybe that's why I don't like hoegaarden any more... which I had one or two of yesterday. Not sure what other beers i've had that have it in them.

Trying to find a dr, my insurance sucks and have to pay a lot out of pocket. Looks like nothing from allergists is covered.

Hard to say. It could literally be anything. I have an unknown allergy too. Doctor said it could be something in my toothpaste. It could be a certain dishsoap a restaurant uses, etc. I tried a blood test but they aren't accurate. I need to go do the needle test.

I've done the needle test before mostly for environmental allergens. I did test positive for nuts and shellfish though but they only tested for a few I don't think they did the major 8. Not even sure they can test for specifics like cilantro and stuff.
