Damn!! We only got 8 inches a couple of days ago. Enjoy it while you can. lol

I just went back out and there was three more inches in just over an hour! This one is going to break records. Time for beer. Oh yeah, there were four plow trucks stuck around the county this morning. No work for me tonight!

That sucks - - - and is fairly common in these parts. You are smart to go out more often while it's just a couple inches, rather than letting it pile up. While it's a PITA to go out frequently, it's less of a PITA than digging yourself out from feet of it. True story.

And I have to say: It's nice that it's not hitting here for once. We've had some lake-effect snow today, but not much.

Definitely over two feet now. I am about to go shovel again. I will give a report when I am done. Margaritas are coming up after this round.

I am not spending one extra minute out there for the sake of humor Geonerd. It is blowing near 40mph and snowing two inches an hour. Tctenten, I was going to buy a snowblower, but then I would have all my neighbors bugging me to do their driveways. Plus I don't have the extra room in my garage for it. Time to go shovel again!

I wind up doing both my neighbors, and I don't mind when I have the time. Although I was annoyed when I am at work and they see me wife out there with a shovel and do not offer to help.

I'd happily shovel snow. Even for free.

But the system currently forces me to charge ¢0.002/shovel or $0.50/hour.

I shovel for an elderly couple next door, but they are going to wait until tomorrow. I have to work tomorrow and doing all that plus mine in one day might have me too sore to move!

Oh and it was five more inches since I last shoveled at 11:30am. That is five inches in two hours.

I had three of them along with some beers. Ok a bunch of beers. Contemplating some pickle shots now. I have a lot more shoveling to do tomorrow. I think it is starting to wind down now. FINALLY.

Nope its done. I am done shoveling for the night tho. I think there might be another inch and a half since the last time I shoveled which would put my total around 26plus inches. There are other places here that got over 30. Crazy storm.
