The Hot Pepper

Try having Raynaud's phenomenon. "A little bit cold here" somehow feels colder than it really is, at least to the affected parts. I am wishing I had moved back South right about now. Ah, well!

I actually do have Raynaud's. My hands turn all sorts of funny colors in anything below fifty.

Wonderful, ain't it? It can be the middle of summer and I and pick up a jug of milk at the grocery store. By the time I get to the checkout, fingers are white. Makes me think of dead people. I've only recently started getting the blue. Such a freaky thing. So far I've only personally met one person who lost part of a finger because of it.
