omg i would accept help from the russians JUST TO SEE THEIR WATER BOMBERS IN ACTION... they are so freaking cool lol.

i think the japanese still have this BADASS sea plane... i think there is a water bomber version to boot. id like to see that too.

fwiw. canada has lots of water bombers already. im guessing they already have more than they can use.

hell alot of their water bombers are hired by folks in the united states all the time.
