Seriously Rawk, you would love Portland. Their moto is "Keep Portland Weird". It's chock-a-block full of artists, and low crime rates. Weather is beautiful with waaaay milder winters than Chi-town.

Leaning toward Sacramento or Tampa Bay at the moment, Texas is sort of hanging there in the back of the mind. Portland isn't good for music jobs is the word on the street. Also tossed around the idea of Vancouver or somewhere in Italy, but moving out of the country would be difficult, especially with dogs (who will NOT be left behind ever).
