Yeah Scovie that's the ying and yang of it all we need more people reaching out to help others. But not just in times of crisis. Your link shows the world has many good people but it's in the face of tragedy. What do you see my Brother.

I usually don't watch mainstream media, either. I read to get my news. But, the media and the powers that be know that we have a malleable population.... and they certainly take advantage of it.

I would like to believe that there is equal good vs. bad out there. It's a God Damm shame that it's so much work to find the good but, turn on any of the 537 channels of news and there's the bad, ready to be lapped up like a starving dog. If people didn't watch, it would be there.

Yep. They have even been writing songs about that for a long time (Dirty Laundry, Vicarious, etc.)
