Jalaps, Pablano, Itailian Long hots for frying, Cherry peppers for stuffing poppers. Think about what people like to cook with. Grow some Tomatoes green and red. Tomatillos, Cilantro.....the possibilities are endless!
Aleppo for sure! Piment de Bresse is awesome. Big Jim, Sante Fe Red, Aji Verde, Numex Conquistador. All mild/slightly hot and unusual. Supplement the sweet peppers with stuff like this and some jalas/fresnos. people will go wild for em.

Awesome! Thanks so much for the suggestions. I will be adding them all to the list. Those that I don't grow next year, I will try to include the year after. =)
I will officially +1 Alleppo. It's sweet like a bell without the bitter aftertaste. It's got cayenne level heat. Also rocoto/manzano peppers are the shit, but I've had ones that were fairly hot.
