California cops kill or shoot more citizens than any other state by far. Its pretty easy to understand the problem if you live out here.

Absolutely, there is no question some cops are great people, but they are all people and some can obviously be bad people or at least not suited for the profession. We arent debating cops that shoot because they are being shot at, the problem is unarmed citizens being shot.
