I don't know about recipes but go to quality suppliment store and get some Cherry fruit extract, (capsules). Eat cherries, drink cherry juice, religiously.
So sorry,while serious diet modifications R in order,a sml bit of chicken/white meat is allowed.

Its hard to drastically chge one's diet..but I would start by subbing 1% milk/lean white meat in sml quantity,etc.It takes time,but you can/will do,its harder now with BDay & Xmas feasts around.
