I do it every year. What do you need to know?

if they need to be thawed/drained?
Chop frozen or thaw?
Use as same ratio via the recipe..1lb frozen vs 1 lb fresh?

I don't thaw or drain them (juice = flavor). Habs and superhots are easier to seed when they're frozen. Then I just toss them in with the sugar and vinegar or whatever. Once they thaw I hit them with the immersion blender. I use the same amount frozen as I do fresh.
