are they under a dome? as soon as they sprout remove from dome (other than helmet heads)and get them some air circulation via a small fan is my best advice

Overwatering/soil is way too wet. Soil is bacteria,get a plain peat/vermi/perlite mix that is sterile

yea but we dont know what the medium is yet, could be rockwool for all we know? hence it should be a thread rather than status so more info can be exchanged and perhaps helping someone else in a similar situation. Rather than disappearing when the status gone.
