I planted 40 mini Solo cups with two to three seeds each cup back on December 31. As of today only a couple have come up. Should I try again or wait longer?

Wow. Something is seriously wrong. Soil temperature maybe? Are you using a heat mat or other means to warm it? Or did the cups dry out at some point? Best to try and figure out what went wrong before starting more, IMO.

Heat mat or no? No heat can add a bit of time.

Yes heat mat. May have dried out. I'll give it another go.

Thermostat? It's easy to cook seedlings using a heatmat under a humidome with no temp regulation.
