I want some pineapple al pastor tacos.

Pineapple salmon tonight. Never thought of using the core for any thang. Tossed in with some crockpot shoyu chicken or pork would be fantastic!

You know, I had thought that surely there was some useful thing, in the past, but never at a time when I could put that to the test. Ever'thang just worked out last night. And yep, pork was in the pot, along with all kinds of yummy seasonings. Just may be destined for tacos in the next few days!
