I had an old neighbor stop by tonight that now lives in Brazil. He came bearing gifts. A bottle of cacha, some kinda amazon forest liquor stuff.... AND pickled Biquinho peppers, I think I ate the whole jar.
Was in the mood for some potato, onions and banana peppers. Went to the farmers market today they had something called honkey peppers? Sure looked like banana peppers only paler. Damn are they hot hoping to get some viable seeds. Stay tuned
Made some more 7 PoT Sunshine Sauce today, Bob Marley rocking in the background. Life is good
Decisions, decisions! Visited 3 different co-op commercial kitchens all have pluses and minuses, my brain is on overload. Uggggh
