Those that stay behind aren't happy about it. But the work I'm doing is becoming less and less interesting. Many of my colleagues have already made the switch to the other company and this company wants me to come over also. It's tempting and I'll make a bit more money.

But currently I'm going to work using public transport so no issues with traffic jams which is a big issue here in the Antwerp area and that will change when I switch employers...
