Tried a new jerk recipe a couple weeks ago, it was Bad! A previous participant reminded me we had done a recipe and it was good. Thats what we are going with again. I will be driving 70 miles round trip the day before the class to a market that carries habs, jal, anaheim, pasilla, and sometimes manzano.
