Meh. It's the new growth you're really after, anyway. Treat it well and looks like a good shot at survival. I would let it be and just not use them again. Better yet, buy seeds next time! Did they charge a lot for shipping? Promise something different than the padded envelope?

I know it's aggravating, but how much are you really out? Sharing your experience here probably hurts them worse than jumping down the phone at them.

That's horrible advice. Never "share your experience" to "hurt them" without communicating with the company, who could stand by their products and offer a replacement or even more. That's not fair. You have to give them a chance to remedy, if remedy is even needed.

That's not really what I meant. Having shared it, they're hurt (presumably). Right or wrong, if that's your goal don't bother making the call just to yell at them.
The cutting looks a bit wilted, but not that bad IMO.
