So I decided to plant a ring of carrots this year. At this point have got around 19 pounds of carrots over the last 3 weekends of doing a section each weekend. Most have been processed and to the freezer. Last weekend I made my first candied carrots and surprised myself. Next time they with have to have some powder mixed in though. Come on peppers you need to ripen

On the 5th the seeds went in the new starting medium I am trying this year. Work has finally settled so this weekend I aim to get a Glog going.

Last harvest done. Most plants on the trailer to go to the local yard waste dump. Selling off what I can since the freezers are where they need to be. Yellow Brians were an interesting yet unappealing try this year. I prefer my Yellow 7's but know there are lovers of the Yellow Brain

Steak with Garlic powder, Sea Salt, butter and some chili powder. On the stove and halfway through it got slathered with Blackthorn. WIN!!!
