    Its from LAX airport to Manila Philippines. After a long conversation about how to do it. My friend who's supposed to carry the seeds i bought there(from Pepperlover and pepper joe)to here (Manila)finally decided to send it to me thru FEDEX. I get to get the pepper powders cause that's the one hes bringing with hm.

    As far as I know, no it is not illegal. The problem is bringing them into a destination country, because the laws are different from place to place.
