    for 2+ weeks I've watched almost every storm system just blare right past here to the North XD. Need rain bad.

    Oh man, I'd gladly give you as much of ours as you'd like! It has rained everyday for over a month here... And it never rains here! Lots of landslides going on in the canyons.

    The plan we're getting rid of is a mobile hotspot (until recently the only viable option in extreme rural areas). Overages are killer, internet usage itself and website coding aren't keeping up with data usage plans at all. I'm not even close to being an "average" internet user, I barely use it in comparison to people who watch netflix etc...using up hundreds of gigs every month on an unlimited plan and paying a fraction of what I have access to here.     Companies have been leaving rural folks in the dust when it comes to internet availability for 20 years now. I was using dial up out here up until 2008 if that tells you anything. Satellite has only become a reasonable option recently with technology advances. It doesn't help that the county keeps blocking progress because of rural regulations and ordinances.

    Not in Virginia, my plants suffered greatly last year from an overly rainy May, I'm hoping it gets most of it out of its system before them. Our low temps for the next week are about 45-50 XD
