Instant Pot and Vitamix have been the best kitchen investments since I've been so on the go lately. Curries in a fraction of the time and smoothies for breakfast... not to mention them fruity smoothies with a splash of rum or tequila on the weekends.
I've known my beset friend for about 18 years, dunno if I've gone so long as 2 months without seeing her in those 18 years. I've never lived further than a 20 minute bike ride away. Tonight she moved to Korea.
