    anionic polymers as buffers

This sounds a lot like Advanced Nutrients "pH perfect" system, but you didn't hear it from me

Windowfarms - anyone seen them or used them for chilis?

The bottles space for root mass is way too small. I have bonsai peppers under a foot tall that choke in 6" pots with hydroton. If you can make it work, more power to you.

hot-sauce Huy Fong Chile Garlic Sauce

I think I am mixing my cultures here, but Huy Fong garlic definitely compliments any red sauce, whether it's Italian marinara or Mexican mole.

food Quaker Steak and Lube Triple Atomic Wings.

I have done this a few times. Their atomics have an upfront shorter burn. Their Triple Atomics have a bit of a fruity flavor and a long slow burn. Our local QSL has an off-label sauce that mixes both when they are sauced. It's probably my favorite sauce at a restaurant that I have had.

Do carbo-loads and flavor enhancers work?

This thread should probably go in "Grow Tech". That said, you are linking to 2 totally different products. The first is a sugar product, the second is a PK booster. There is some controversy over whether carboloads work in the finished product. The sugars provide for bacterial blooms if you...

    Cave Creek chili beer

Sam Adams just came out with "The Vixen", a chocolate chili bock. It is a great chocolate bock, but the chili only pairs with the alcohol to be a belly warmer, not to spice up the hops.

That would be traditional composting, where the advantage of bokashi is that it can take some citrus, meat and fats.

    Refrigeration question

Unless you are in a big city. Then you won't be able to refrigerate it or put it on food if there is a supply disruption. City folks can't feed themselves unless it is handed to them. :)

Should i stop using Miracle Grow when peppers start to grow?

Miracle Gro works whether you are on the cheap or not. Elitist haters are gonna hate because the think their expensive solution is better. Sounds a lot like the US government, eh?

    soil soil mix?

It looks pretty good. The metal salts from your ferts might even carry it through bloom. Sounds like a great mix.

A box full of bad decisions

The Billyboy Douglah sauce is fantastic. I had a bit on homemade pizza last night and it paired perfectly with a dry marinara sauce. If I was going to make super hot sauce in bulk, I think these would be my pepper of choice for how much you get out of one pepper. The Carbon is great. I...

    Harvesting extract?

I love superhot vodka in a Bloody Mary. I just toss a couple in a bottle for Sunday morning breakfast. If you do a quick wash with Everclear or Golden Grain, you get a very clean and concentrated oil when you evaporate. The long soaks end up getting waxes and tannins that taint the final...

    There can be only one

I would pick a mild jalapeno. I would use them raw, stuffed, or dried for powder. If I needed to kick up the heat, I would concentrate it in a sauce. I know it's a wimpy choice, but I am thinking more about versatility.
