The "Fatvina's" flavor has a strong chinense flavor that is bit sour(?), citrusy with a hint of fruityness almost sweet. ;) Or just a typical Fatalii with double the chinense flavor and sweetness. The heat with the ones coming off my plant seem to be Fatalii heat leaning toward Red Savina...

Thanks guys! Mexican Crema is basically just a thinned out sour cream. From what I understand, to make a homemade style crema ( table cream ) you start with sour cream and thin it with cream or whole milk until the right viscosity. Though I am not sure how it compares becuase I buy my crema...

Tonight for dinner was Fatalii Pollo Asado Burritos with arroz blanco, black beans, queso fresco, guacamole, and crema. Boom.

I have three DWC going at the moment with support sticks zip tied to the basket and the medium is expanded clay. So far the support is doing alright but I see the possibility for disaster with a good wind or other outside influence to the plant. Anyway.. What are some of your support techniques...
