  Yes it's too late for outdoor growing keep them in pots under CFL bulbs inside you shouldn't need to water more than a few times in the winter,

  Look at the big flower (Bud Charger) when you stick your finger in the flowers they have so much pollen it's like touching a moth/butterfly's wing.

I posted pics in the vendor vault and without even asking for a refund/replacement i was offered replacement packs :)   These don't look that bad :)

I enjoy bhut jolokia flakes on almost everything and I have had fresh and dried Butch pods these were very different.
