    Big Jim's Fabulous Pepper Adventures

A quick update: All of the superhots have joined the other pepper varieties in the greenhouse and are doing fine. The only peppers that aren't doing so well are our jalepenos - but whatever I guess....we have so many other peppers to manage they won't even be missed hopefully. I will post more...

    Big Jim's Fabulous Pepper Adventures

We got the first of our several compost deliveries from our friend from church that had the hook up at the local recycling center. We basically just have to pay $35 dollars per 30ft roll-off load / 10 tons. God just keeps providing for us on our farming adventures!

I have a few questions. Any suggestions? Yellow Bhut Jolokia - I am wondering why the leaves are a yellowish color. Maybe it's possible I am over watering? I have been watering once a day (plus a misting) and keeping a fan on them 16 hours a day. The plants have been transplanted into a 50/50...

The coco coir works great for germination and up until they get their true leaves. After that they need to be introduced to some nutrient dense soil. I like to transplant them from 100% coco coir to 50% coco coir - 50% compost. I also use liquid fish to feretilize during the trasplant.

    legal Looking for Legal Advice

This is my first year running a big operation and I plan on selling my hots & superhots from our farmstand on a friends property and at our local farmer's markets. I was wondering: Should I have my customers sign some sort of disclaimer for my protection when buying the Superhots / Where can I...
