Woody, It is not standard testing. The University needs to grow all other peppers in the same environment like Bhut, 7 pod, Scorpion, Douglah, Infinity at the same time for testing. It is the only way to verify the results not from company grows and send the sample to University to test them.

I am not sure I can trust that Warwick University to test the pepper or not. The last time, they test Naga Morich at 1.6 Million about 1.5 hotter than Bhut Jolokia, Bih Jolokia, even Scorpion. I go to the Warwick University and try to search for it but I found no information of the testing...

I have been to Cancun but I could barely seen they sell any peppers on the market or street at all. I see they sell peppers in Walmart but they just like other habs in US only. That is the reason I did not buy the pepper at all. I definitely go around market and look for some very hot peppers.

Omri, As you know that I am curious about Lota Bih Jolokia. I did order the crush pepper jar of Lota Bih Jolokia and I will try to grow those seeds out to see I could get any plants from those seeds or not. I will let you guys know what the results will be. LT
